I'm a user experience researcher and designer based in Central Ohio. My background is in content management, digital publishing, interactive marketing, and Japanese language and culture.
I pivoted into design research and earned my MFA in Design Research and Development in 2021 from The Ohio State University. I specialize in user-centered design, generative research, service design and usability. I've practiced in multiple design disciplines, including UX, service design, and VR/AR. I primarily approach design with a co-design mindset because I believe that the most innovative and successful solutions are created through the ideas and lived experiences of the core audience.
My hobbies include traveling ✈️, making art 🎨 and figure skating ⛸️.
